About the Friends
The Friends of the College-Rolando Library is a volunteer organization dedicated to supporting the College-Rolando Branch of the San Diego Public Library. Our mission is to support this branch by promoting the development of literate citizens, raising funds for increased acquisitions and community programs, and increasing public awareness of library resources.
Our Vision
The College-Rolando Branch endeavors to maintain quality collections, provide excellent service for lifelong learning, and promote the utilization of library services throughout the community.

Who We Serve
The College-Rolando Branch serves the East San Diego communities of the College Area and SDSU neighborhood. We are part of the San Diego Public Library system and provide free services to all San Diego County residents.
